614 A Recipe for Recognition Success!

Instructor: Bill Sims, Jr., The Bill Sims Company, Columbia, SC

Description: Traditional incentive programs focusing on downstream behavior are dead. Successful programs today must focus on upstream behavior and involve both employees and managers. For many years, The Bill Sims Company has worked with a wide variety of clients in the development of positive employee recognition programs, which will produce long lasting results. We will use case studies from our client list to show key steps, areas to avoid and reasons why some programs fail to yield the desired results. Developing a successful program is achievable once you understand the human aspects that drive individual behavior. By the end of the session, attendees should have the knowledge to review existing programs and implement change.
