Description: This session will address the key steps to achieving an effective fall prevention program, one that involves more than just putting an employee in a harness. Worksite policies, current program evaluation, job descriptions/responsibilities, objectives, budgets and action plans are among some of the pertinent documents that will be reviewed and discussed. Project plans, timelines of worksite improvements and results from hazard analysis will also be reviewed.
