Description: International work and travel are an integral part of the daily operations of a multinational company and an increasing number of employees work outside their countries of residence as expatriates or international business travelers. This exposes both employees and employers to greater risks. This session will inform decision makers of the Duty of Care responsibilities for their employees (and dependents) who cross borders as part of their work duties and offer guidelines for an appropriate risk management strategy for their organizations.
